Most of the flowers we use are grown by us in our own fields, this way we can offer you the freshest flowers cut daily. Each order is made by our florist by hand and delivered by us. For specialty flowers we will source them from other local or imported suppliers. During times of natural disasters or unforeseen events, the exact flower you order may not be available. If you order by 7:59 A.M. Cebu time, your order will be delivered 24-36 hours later. If you need your order faster just let us know and we will try to get it faster for a rush order fee of 10%. If you have a certain time you would like your order delivered just note it on the order and we will do our best to meet that time. Providing us with a Google maps link to your address will ensure a speedy delivery. Providing the receivers phone number will also ensure a successful delivery. See our Delivery Policy.
Yes, orders canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery will receive full refund less 10% Paypal fee. Orders canceled with in 48 hours of scheduled delivery will not receive any refund because each order is custom made and cannot be resold. If a receiver declines to accept your delivery, we are not able to provide a refund. Please unsure that they are willing to accept the delivery prior to ordering. See our Cancellation Policy.
This service is offered to customers that don’t live in Cebu but want to surprise someone with something special that is not listed on our site. At your request we will shop for your special item and provide you a quote. These special items can be anything legally bought in Cebu, examples would be; food, clothes, TV’s, computers, cell phones, phone loads, you name it and we will get it for you. We ask that when ordering for delivery you be very specific about the details of the location. This can include landmarks, door color or anything we can use to find the location. We will try to call the recipient in the event we cannot locate them. If the delivery is unable to be made, we will return once contact is made and the person will be available for a fee.
