Ordering

Orders will only be processed once full payment is received. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before requested delivery date. Example, orders for the 24th are accepted until 7:59 A.M. (Cebu time) on the 23rd. If you need your order delivered sooner than 24 hours, contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate and a 10% rush order fee will be added. Flower arrangements are a work of art. No two designs or flowers are exactly alike. Therefore, we like to have a day notice so we can create the perfect arrangement for you.

Monday 1pm-6pm

Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm

Sunday No deliveries

Other times and days may be requested but we cannot guarantee it unless you contact us prior to ordering, and we approve your request. We are unable to commit to exact delivery times, but we do our best and usually do deliver as requested.

When conditions out of our control (weather, traffic) prevent normal delivery, we will reattempt delivery at our cost as soon as practical.

A recipient phone number is required with each order, or a phone number of someone who will accept the order on their behalf. For house addresses, if we are unable to locate the house on google maps prior to delivering then we will reach out to you and ask that you provide a maps link or landmark we can use to find the house. If we do not hear back from you then we will have to call the receiver prior to delivery attempt. When ordering try to give us landmarks or a link to a google map location.

We respect your wish to make the order a surprise and will only contact the recipient if we cannot find the delivery location. See redelivery.

Condo/businesses sometimes the security guard or doorman may not let us enter the building, so the delivery will be left with that person and they will contact the receiver.

Anonymous Sender

We respect your wish to remain anonymous and will not tell the recipient any of your information. Just check the box when ordering to remain anonymous.

Refunds/Cancellation

Orders may be canceled but at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery and will receive full refund less a 10% fee if paid by Paypal.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will not receive any refund because each order is custom made and cannot be resold.

If a receiver declines to accept your delivery, we are not able to provide a refund. This is counted as a successful delivery. Please ensure that they are willing to accept the delivery prior to ordering.

No refunds for unsuccessful delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address, incorrect or missing phone number or recipient name or refusal. If the delivery is unsuccessful the order will be brought back to the shop where the recipient may pick it up anytime. See redelivery.

If a delivered order fails to meet your expectations, we will replace with a like item at our cost so long as you let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Redelivery

If redelivery is requested a delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee will be charged. The new fee must be paid before redelivery is attempted. Redelivery will only be attempted once the address is confirmed with the recipient. They are willing to accept the order and they will be there to accept it. Flowers are perishable and after two day of scheduled delivery where no redelivery is scheduled, or the recipient does not pick the flowers up from the shop, the order will be considered abandoned and completed. Terms and Conditions.

Substitution

If for some reason we run out of an item or the item is not available, then we will substitute with an item of equal value. If there is time, then we will contact you first to give you the available options.

Valentine’s Day

Orders will be accepted after January 14th up to February 12th at 11:59pm Cebu time for February 14th delivery. Orders prior to January 14th will be fully refunded. You may order again after January 14th once peak season prices have been established.

Only 30 paid confirmed orders will be accepted for the 14th. Once order slots are full you may only order for the 13th or 15th. No specific delivery times can guaranteed due to high volume. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 8pm with business deliveries during business hours.

All pictures on our website are 100% real. Actual products we have in stock and actual bouquets we designed and made.

All pictures and content on this site are original by Flowers Direct Cebu / FdCebu and our property unless otherwise stated. Any use without prior written permission will be reported to the proper authorities and legal action will be taken.

Privacy Policy

Paying by PayPal; we will never ask for your credit card or bank details as Paypal handles all that information.

Paying by Other to include Western Union, BDO, BPI or any money transfer company; You will initiate the transfer so there is no info that we need to collect other than proof of payment in the form of screenshot or picture.

Information that we Collect; only details necessary to complete the order and for both the sender and recipient to include Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address.

Information that we Share; None

Flowers Direct Cebu will NEVER share your details or post pictures to include screenshots. We will never post a picture of the recipient. We will never post a screenshot of messages or emails between Us and You.
