Customers’ Orders will be processed once full payment is received. For that reason, no cash on delivery is accepted. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before requested delivery date.
For example, orders for the 24th are accepted until 7:59 A.M. (Cebu time) on the 23rd. If a customer needs an order sooner than 24 hours then contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate. As s a result a 10% rush order fee will be added to the order.
Paypal is our preferred payment option as they offer buyer and seller protection. Likewise, customers can use local bank transfer if they do not have a credit or debit card. So, if you would like to pay by bank then contact us to set that up. Customers do not need a Paypal account to order. You may continue as a guest without creating an account.
Our pricing will adjust according to market conditions. As a result, prices will increase during peak times and holidays without notice.

Customers may request other times and days for delivery. Although, we cannot guarantee the request unless you contact us prior to ordering and we approve your request. We are unable to commit to exact delivery times, but we do our best and we usually do deliver as requested.
